interview wasnt really professional but i guess it took some of the pressure off. they offered me the job the same day and i started working the following week in training. the people were awesome and overall a great place to work

I got lucky and this job offer came to me through a friend of the hiring manager. I was interviewed by two mangers. They asked very basic questions about my past work experience, work ethics. What motivates me, my weakness, my strengths and futures goals. They want long time commitments. There is a test that they give to qualify for the position which is very hard. However I did not have to take it based on my qualifications and education.

I basically had to apply and take a skills test. Then I got the interview. Since I was referred by a colleague, the manager said I was hired. After i left this job i also applied at another fedex office in rochester ny. They gave a more traditional interview. there were two people there. I think a general manager and an assistant manager.
