I filled out my application and sent the company my resume online. Didn't bother to call and let them know I did so since I figured if they were interested enough, they would call me. One of the managers did a few days later via surprise phone interview. Overall, it was amazing speaking to her. She told me that it would be best to introduce myself personally to the other manager at the location I applied for and give him another copy of my resume. I did so the same day. Four days later, I went in for my second interview. This time it was in person in which both of the managers interviewed me at the same time. Typically, the interview should last anywhere between 24-60 minutes. Mine lasted the whole hour, which was a first for me. The managers were great interviewers, in my opinion. It was all very professional, but at the same time laid back. Very easy to talk to and made me feel right at home. They asked basic questions, mostly ones that had to do with my own personal view points and whatnot.

5 total interviews first one was a pre screen then one phone interview with sales manager then two in person interviews then the last was a group phone interview.
