You apply online, you get a phone call, you better answer that call, you better take that interview the day they tell you otherwise you forget about you and move on and your opportunity is gone.

It was very easy. I applied online while job searching on Friday and a Senior HR Ops Manager called me on Monday to do a short phone interview. It was a very relaxed and friendly conversation, only asked a few questions (How did you find out about us, What shift would you like, Were you recommended by anyone who is currently working for us). After that I did the background check and I was hired on Tuesday.
