I applied online, and the recruiter called me to schedule a phone interview. I followed up with him three times, and he never got back to me. I find it very odd that a recruiter would reach out to someone, only to go completely dark. If this is the way the company treats employees, no thank you!

There is a panel of 2 to 3 leaders with shared questions. Expect a follow up question to every answer given. Try to present as much relavent information to make it difficult for the interviewers to ask questions.
