A recruiter communicates the first step with you by describing the job (briefly) and asking your salary range. Next step is the team lead interviewed me via Skype because I lived outside of Virginia at the time. If you are local, an in-person interview will take place with team lead and members whom you will be working with. Lastly, recruiter discusses final salary and offer letter.
