I was contacted by one of their recruiters and watched an online presentation. Then I paid $287 to work as an agent for the company. There was a promise of free appointments by which you could sell financial products to interested prospects. After that, I had an in-person interview with the sales manager who asked what my goals were with the company. I then had to memorize a 12 page script and pass it off on camera.

During the webinar the company was throughly outlined, explaining insurance, their processes, and agent commissions. After the webinar I was contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was offered the position.

There was an initial phone interview with very general background questions. Then after a group orientation there was a one on one interview with the area manager. This process was an in-depth list of what the job entailed and what the process would take. Very up beat! No hard questions
