Met with a college recruiter to discuss the position and he passed along my resume. A HR phone interview proceeded shortly, followed by two instances of in-person interviews with managers. They reimbursed mileage (driving) costs. There was a logical/pattern recognition test, but they're looking for people that are trainable and will enjoy the community. Overall, they are focused on finding people that have a good cultural fit. The questions were mostly behavioral and not focused on specific technical details.
