Very long and thorough process. Consisted of 6-8 interviews over the course of 8 months. Typical in person interviews where they ask about your personality and try to gauge whether you fit the type of person they are looking for. This is followed by a very long interview where they rattle off a list of questions and record your answers with a tape recorder to review later. They also conduct an "interview" with your spouse, significant other, etc. All of this followed by a few ride days with sales reps.

Great company and great interview. They have everything planned out and they do not skip any steps in the interview process. They were all very nice and professional and I would recommend this company.
