1st was a technical test consisting of basic .NET/SQL questions. I was given an hour to fill up about 50 MCQs. All very basic and easy. Then a one-on-one interview with a senior programmer. He asked some techie questions, nothing major. Then met with a manager, who asked some deeper questions such as what do you regret most. Came in at 8 AM, received an offer at 3 PM
