A rep called me the day after I applied and told me about the company and asked if I wanted to move forward. I said yes, then had to take a personality assessment then I did a zoom interview. I did not get to go forward because I didnt have outside sales experience.

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.

Long process that is very in-depth. Will want to meet spouse or parents. 6 month process that is 4-5 interviews. They will want to know multiple references and they will want you to get licensed before hire.
