Very long interview process, with several steps involved. Even had to bring my girlfriend to one of the interviews! Never experienced that before, and I think she was more nervous than me.

Lengthy conversations about life style, upbringing, work ethic, leadership and competitiveness. I am still currently going through the interview process but this has been the basis of most of the questioning so far. They were very open about everything so far and gave me plenty of time to ask questions myself.
