I interviewed for Senior Forward Engineer role, the process was well-structured and moved at a good pace. I went through three main stages before deciding to withdraw: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Manager Interview 3. Coding Interview I passed all stages and was scheduled for the System Design round, but I ultimately decided to withdraw my candidacy. I had a very positive experience with the team. Both Kraig and Iram were very professional, transparent about the role, and genuinely nice people. For what I learned the product is very cool and I think it solves a real issue. After reflecting on the information I gathered during the interviews, I realized this role weren't exactly what I am looking for at this point in my career. It was purely a matter of personal career alignment rather than any issue with the company or the process.
