Interview was smooth, asking about background, personal strengths, weaknesses etc. However, both HOD and HR mentioned that the result will given given upon end of recruitment period to which I do not have a single email, no notifications to my application. It is a common courtesy to at least inform your applicants regarding their status and not keep them waiting for more than 3 months.

The whole process was Face to face. Interviewers were friendly and professional. They also gave more detailed roles that entailed within the job that was not stated in the JD.
