Slow process. Gap between first and second interview was too long which is detrimental to a company . I could not figure out why it took them so long to come up with a decision. I started to think that it was giving a bad image of the company. Of course I understand what was going on when seeing how the recruitment process with other candidates went.

Invited for an interview at their office, Very friendly interviewers and explained a lot about the company and what the role will entail. It was done in the meeting room.
