Lots of red flags. Already during the first interview it feels like you already owe smth to the company as it was several times emphasized that “company invests into you to make you the best” so this is why you have “to go extra mile”. “This is not 9 to 5 job” is another red flag.

From the beginning, it was clear that there are many interview rounds. During the process, they even added new rounds, which were not predicted at the beginning. They asked many technical questions during the process. The employees were friendly during the interviews but stressed that the job is very demanding and does not become less demanding over the years...working from home is not possible and critical questions are not welcome, as they did not react well to them. The impression left by the interviews is that the leaders are micromanagers and overcontrolling, and the environment is not healthy. Although they offer a very good salary, I was happy that I did not get an offer as I am sure I could not handle such an environment in the long term.
