The interview process went well for the most part. First a call with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, then finally a group interview with a couple members of the team. The questions were management focused although the final interview had a couple questions from folks who clearly hadn't led an interview before. It was an interesting yet overall good experience that moves quickly with lots of communication on between. They even told me to contact them after 12/1 if I hadn't heard anything.
Well I did, twice, and never received as much as an automated reply. The job market is competitive which any professional at this level understands. The bare minimum would be to let the applicant know that you've moved on. It shows a lack of respect and it's clear from the experiences of other applicants that this is just how the company operates.
