Terrible, interviewee never showed for phone interview. Emailed a response two days later stating she was no longer the point of contact and good luck in my search. All other applications get immediate rejection letters then same job posted again the next day

3 managers asked me questions about my experiences and what would I do in certain situations. I was also given a written and computer test to pass. There was also a personality test that I had to complete.
