I was given a HireVue virtual interview for the Sales Leadership Program, but I told them I couldn't complete it because I had committed to another job opportunity at the time. I phrased it politely and professionally. They then sent a weirdly passive aggressive email that they were "disappointed" that I didn't take their "generous opportunity" to do a HireVue (they seem to have forgotten that I informed them I would be rescinding the application). They could've just respected my rescinded app but the follow up email was just weird and kind of made me not want to work for the company in the future.
