Submitted resume online and got an email and a phone call from the project manager. We talked over the phone about the project and several days later, I got an email saying I was qualify for the position and got the job. I replied to accept it and started the paper work thereafter.

Started with an email exchange. Unfortunately, the interview was rescheduled by the interview several times. When we did get around to the interview it was very technical very quickly. There wasn't much time to exchange any chitchat. Various technical questions were asked - some seemingly unrelated to the job. Be prepared to answer some programming language trivia questions.
