They contacted me and we scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. The recruiter cancelled at the last minute and asked me to reschedule. I’ve tried multiple times to reschedule and the recruiter has completely ghosted me. They have not responded to any emails or phone calls. I don’t understand why you’d schedule an interview, ask the candidate to reschedule and then completely ghost them.
