La peggiore esperienza mai avuta con un'azienda.
Ho applicato per questo Graduate Program e dopo aver passato con successo le selezioni CV e i test online sono stato invitato alla Phone Interview.
Ricevo diversi file, presentazioni, dati su cui prepararmi quando poi questo colloquio è durato 10 minuti e vengo chiamato senza preavviso alle 19.30 dell'ultimo giorno utile. NON ricevo nessun feedback nonostante mandi solleciti e chiami per un mese gli uffici. L'ultimo tentativo di chiamata si è concluso con un "Sono in ferie, se non le abbiamo risposto ancora è perchè abbiamo tanto lavoro".
La cosa peggiore è leggere EXCELLENCE sul sito aziende come core value.

A CV evaluation, then an online assessment test of 3 hr. During this test, you were able to stop and continue the test. After that a simple interview with HR. They made me feel comfortable during the interview

A series of selective steps you have to go through. Totally unprofessional selection experience. The working environment was felt by me like very stressful, with no work-life balance. Employees themeseves were seen to me like very stressed as well. I will not suggest to apply for this program at all.
