Meet with HR lady for some easy questioning about your resume. Will meet with manger of the department for some more easy question about your work history. In some rare cases meet with one of the owners. ( I did not have to do this) One of my co-workers had a felony on his record and had to meet with an owner to explain himself (he got the job). They are usually not too picky about who they hire, but if you are bad at the job and or cause problems they will get rid of you as they should. But they give everyone a fair shot. Note: Graveyard is easiest to get hired for because they are always looking for good people to work graves.
