Met the senior asset manager for 45 minutes and the VP of finance for 15 minutes at Ferris Developments corporate offices in Marlboro, MA. We whet thru the Ferris Company history current owned assets and future goals. We discussed the 120,000 Sq. Ft. of office build out needed in the next 6 months. Status of plans and preferred vendor relationships.
