I had about 3interviews each time with someone different. First I met with the person from HR in charge of the beginning stages of the screening process, then with the Head of HR and finally with the Head of my department and the team members i was going to be working alongside.

Colloquio
Two stage interview process, questions related to my career interests and not my competencies, very relaxing and easy. The interview was more of a character interview and it seemed like they were happy to base my skills off with my CV. Both stages were the same and I really enjoyed both.
