Fetch Rewards wastes candidates time. TL;DR Fetch Reward's internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After an initial screening conversation, I decided to move forward in the interview process. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager since that went well, I went in and met with three other people in the team and then a final video interview with the CRO. After spending all this time, preparing, finding time to meet with the team and interviewing, I never heard back from Fetch even after following up multiple times. It's completely unprofessional and disrespectful to ghost interview candidates.
