Same day as submitting my application I had an offer for an interview, I provided my availability and was scheduled to interview a couple days later. The interview was brief with the recruiter and I thought it went well. I was then asked to complete a veterinary terminology quiz and provide availability for the rest of the week because they wanted to set up an interview with the claims team. I did so within 30 minutes of the initial interview being over. I never heard back from anyone about the interview. I follow up with 2 emails and provided another 3 weeks of availability. Still heard nothing. I find it extremely unprofessional to offer someone another interview and then never communicate with them again. This company wasted my time then didn't have the curtsey to reach out and let me know I was no longer a candidate. Very disappointed as this was a company I highly looked up to and was excited about the possibility of working there. With the lack of professionalism that was displayed by the recruitment team I will never apply for another job here.
