I was contacted by an external recruiter about this position. They emphasized they wanted someone with insurance experience. I ended the interview early after the interviewer told me that I was asking "big company" questions and that I asked a lot of questions. I told him that I was trying to get information about what they're trying to accomplish as an organization and what the priorities are. Those are basic questions.

The interview process was extremely straightforward and they are great people!
They were communicative from start to finish! I can’t wait to start working with such a great company. The recruiters in the managers work together, so I was very aware of the hiring process in the next steps.

What a disappointment they were. 3 rounds of interviews in the span of 10 days and then completely ghosted by them. Their internal recruiter would not respond and still hasn't. I appreciate them showing me how they really are before going to work for them. So sad they are out of touch.
