Preliminary interview over Teams with HR Manager and Engineering Manager. Second interview- 15 minute presentation on a project I'd worked on, to a panel with Q&A. Interview with the Technical Director and an informal "chat" with a similar grade engineer/scientist.

Three stage interview. Technical questions, opportunity to talk to staff and get real feel of the company, chat with HR manager and managing director. Very professional interviewers and positive experience.

In depth but well thought out and gave confidence in the company I was seeking to join. First stage interview with two people. Second stage with a panel of four to deliver a presentation and answer questions. Then an opportunity to speak to two current employees and discuss their experience working for the company. A long process but very worthwhile in particular meeting with prospective peers to discuss the employment experience.
