The interview overall went very nice and smooth. They do not to try to be little you or make you feel uncomfortable. The turn around call back if they will make you an offer is about a week.

I applied online and was interviewed. I didn't know how I did leaving the interview. I called to follow-up about a week later and that prompted them to extend an offer. The offer was subject to a background check. My resume didn't have every last little job I did. However, I put every job to be honest on the background check. Well I put the month and day correct on the background form but made an honest mistake on the year. So I get a call and was required me to prove when I worked. I provided the information and apologized. The job was from four years ago and I worked there for less than a month. It was an honest mistake. Then I was told I didn't put jobs on the background check which I had on my resume when I did. Then the individual says oh here it is you put it in the wrong section. There was no "other" section for me to put it in on the background check. No apology nothing, yet you are going to accuse me of being a liar, treat me like a criminal, and not allow me to make one human mistake. So at this point I am very upset. I don't like being treated like a criminal. While I did make an honest mistake on the year, it's not like I failed to disclose it or any other job in the last seven years. That was the sole mistake. I just didn't like the way this process was conducted or how I was being treated. I told them to keep their job.
