I Applied online and then i got a phone interview 4 weeks later. The phone interview was compentcy based (why fidelity, why this division, what are your strenghs what are yiur weaknesses where do you see yourself in 5 years and a brain teaser)

The online assessment was divided into 3 bits, one was pattern recognition, one was reading comprehension and one was math. Would say time management is critical as u get 18 questions to solve in 6 minutes for the verbal and math part

30 min video interview. Fairly standard behavioural questions, and then questions to gauge how you think about investing and what resources you draw on, for instance asking about companies and what you think about them.

First round interview so fairly relaxed. Interviewer seemed busy and so wasn't too focussed on the interview. Friendly interviewer. Have to write something else to meet the word count I guess.
