Assessment Centre - began with an introduction to the company, then 90 minutes to read through an individual analyst task which involved making calculations and deciding on the best approach to the given scenario. Then had 15 minutes to present workings and findings along with any risks you may approach with your given strategy - this was to 2 people. 10 minutes of follow up questions.
Then lunch - great range of food on offer.
After lunch, group discussion - 15 minutes to read case study alone - each person had different final page - and then 40 minutes to discuss to get the optimal result. Did not present findings to any assessors as there were approximately 10 assessors sat around the table listening to all of our input.
After this, went into a 45 minute interview with 2 interviewers - again competency based, but with more targeted questions based on your specific background; be sure to know your CV.
Was informed within a week that I had been successful.
