Applied online. Had to schedule my own I had to schedule my own first phone interview then the recruiter rescheduled it twice, never showed up, ghosted me, and that was really the end of that. I thought Fidelity was a top company. Reviews looked decent, but I was very much disappointed.

Overall, this was a great interview process. The hiring managers ensured that the final interview was conversational and that I was comfortable throughout it. I also really appreciated how helpful the recruiter was.

2 separate interviews. 1 phone call and 1 zoom meeting. The zoom meeting was with 2 people. Both were very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere. Each one asked unique questions but the conversation involved everyone

The interview process was pretty straight forward. There's the initial phone screen after you apply then they do a credit/background check then you're on to the final interview which is on zoom.
