Was working there on deputation through a parent company. The first interview was telephonic, and lasted for around 45 minutes. It was a technical round, and all typical questions were asked. Interviewer who later become my teammate asked general questions, nothing too tricky, so it was an easy job to clear it. Next interview was also telephonic, but it happened at my parent company's office in my city. It was conducted by a senior manager, who seem to be interested in just testing communication skills. No technical questions asked, only about background, and projects worked on. An offer was made immediately. The next process was completing documentation, and joining. The background checking process happened after I joined project. They follow a strict background check, so be sure not to give any false information. I know of few of guys, joined with me terminated due to failure in background check.

The interview process was typical, phone, interview and then one to one by hiring manager. She was very friendly, organized and knowledgeable. The interview time and process was typical for this type of organization.
