They hired me on the spot due to my knowledge of the company. I was lucky because at the time they were desperate, but Fidelity prides on people who know their business model and their culture. Therefore, don't expect to make a splash in your interview unless you know your stuff.

The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
