Started like a charm ended in a disaster and waste of time. Started of as a charm , Had three rounds of interviews. Recruiter was ok with salary. 1. On Zoom (With Hiring Manager) I was reluctant because their requirement was Python but He Suggested thou they need python but still they would like to go with a Java Developer with cloud. 2. Technical round where the guy asked me everything related to microservices implementation and deployments (professional and good) 3. Managerial round ( He behaved as if he is very happy and discussions were more on the behavorial aspects) This round made me hopefull. Then the dreaded waiting period , I was informed I am on hold while they are searching for candidates with better match. I asume this had nothing to do with my technical fit but more in the salary fit side. Suggestion to friends :- Feel free to ignore this company. Please respect your resume and your career. Do not waste your time like I did waiting for them to interview other candidates(mostly delaying things till they find a candidate with lower salary !). I had a very bad experience and I felt disrespected I will suggest others to not go down that lane. Luckily I had another offer and I moved on .
