About a month to receive and do HireVue video answers for 7 java/javascript questions (design paterrns, microservices, abstract classes, === ) Then a few weeks later an hour long zoom interview with 4 managers due to covid not in office, general behavioural questions with few java questions thrown in (singleton, interfaces, design patterns) Weeks later no feedback no communication. Interviewers seems over worked and impatient to move on, just ticking their daily quota. In hindsight I think it could have dodged a bullet there, as the impression I got is that they are about a decade behind rest of industry technology wise with a lot of bureaucracy strangling innovation. You could see the lack of enthusiasm in interviewers and how HireVue is being used to depersonalise the whole process further.
