I was contacted 4 days after my application by a Talent agent. They set up a 45 minute interview over the phone. 90% of the questions were behavioral analysis questions. After that interview they scheduled a second zoom interview with two hiring managers. The second interview was more of a "get to know you" conversation. There were really only 4 or 5 questions during the 45 minutes. I received an offer 2 days post interview. The initial process up to the offer letter took about 2 weeks.
