Quick phone screening, one hr phone interview, group overview - selling us on the company, how great it is. The actual interview was actually a manager in training and interim manager who played bad cop/good cop tag-team for 1/2 hr in the live person interview. Didn't feel great about it afterwards but was offered a position the next day.
