Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Fidelity Investments (Londra, Inghilterra) nel mese di ago 2021
Colloquio
My first interview was with HR and a senior individual. My second interview was with the hiring manager and a team member. The interview consisted of me giving a presentation and I had to submit PowerPoint slides 24 hours beforehand. Quite long winded. The presentation topic wasn’t given until the last minute. Only had a couple of days to prepare. It took a lot of time to get feedback. Then eventually they said it wasn’t what they were looking for as they wanted a playbook rather than a presentation.

I had a 15-minute HR screening call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager that went really well. However, after that, I didn’t hear back from them. Despite following up with the HR multiple times, I received no response — and after three months, I finally got a rejection email.

I applied for the Digital Solutions Project Manager role and was contacted by a recruiter for a 15 minute phone screen. Afterwards I was scheduled for 3 30 minute interviews with 2 people each, and these all occurred within the same week. I didn't hear from anyone in any of these calls what next steps would be, and the recruiter also did not follow up with me to let me know any next steps or when a decision would be made. I followed up with the recruiter twice within the 2 weeks post interview and did not hear back from her. My workday application still says 'interviews in progress' over a month after I interviewed - obviously at this point I know I did not get the role; However I think it's incredibly disappointing for such a reputable company to be ghosting potential interview candidates, especially after so many interviews. This left a bad taste in my mouth about the company in general and would advise their recruiters to have a more thorough and transparent process for vetting candidates.
