I interviewed over the phone with HR. They set me up with an interview through Video chat. I interviewed with two people they asked me to tell me about myself and why I wanted to work there. They asked why I wanted to take the Series 7 test.

I applied online and had a screening phone call was very easy basically a description of the program and some questions. After the screening you get scheduled for a 60 minute zoom which I am doing today.

Professional and very in depth. Phone call with recruiter then Branch Leader all were virtual. Initial screening was about 15 minutes and interview was an hour. Definitely use the STAR method

Great 2 step interview process. Spoke with one lady first on the phone for about 20 minutes then for the next interview I spoke with 2 people on zoom for about 50 mins.
