I had 3 rounds of interviews, two phone screenings with the recruiter and one final zoom call. The first call was 15 minutes and just an overview of the position. The second phone call was scheduled for 30 minutes to go over questions for final round and the recruiter never called me. 2 weeks later she emails me apologizing and pushed me to the final round. She scheduled me with 2 hiring managers and the recruiter ended up giving us the wrong time. Very frustrating process. I ended up not getting the role I applied for but they offered me another one which i declined.

First Screening, then one interview with hr rep then one final interview. First two went well as did the last one, but got ghosted and then called about 4 months later telling me i did not get the job.
