I went through two rounds of interviews with three people in each one. In both interviews I was required to showcase a training I created in Storyline. After presenting my training (about 15 minutes), I was then asked specific questions about what I built. The interview ended with typical interview questions.

I was first contacted by a recruiter who asked me several pre-screening questions, then a video interview with a small panel of Learning Design team members was scheduled. After the interview, I did not receive follow-up communication one way or the other in the form of an email or a phone call- I found out that I had not been selected to continue through their web portal.
