Firstly one take-home assessment. Several weeks later first-round interview with one senior person. Then second round, HR interview. Ended by this round.
If there would be another round, will be on-site with one team member for the 3rd round and one virtual interview with more senior people for the 4th round.
Was told to have feedback one day after the 2nd round, delayed 2 weeks and was rejected. They already got candidates ready to take on offer.

Second round is behavioral like "What do you think is a good leadership"/ "what is the primary factor that you think of when finding a job?"

The process had three stages: an initial CV and cover letter screen, a technical case study sent as a take-home with around a week to complete,
and two rounds of video interviews with senior economists covering the case write-up, technical questions on econometrics and market microstructure, and motivational fit. End to end it took roughly five weeks.
