After passing through a fairly standard online assessment of a verbal communication test I was invited for their assessment day. The assessment days was divided into 4 main parts, 2 group tasks including a presentation of how we would implement a database system for a commercial chain and an exercise to test the teams communication on a challenge unrelated to the company. Further there was a 45 minute coding test, language asked is changed each year; can be unrelated to job requirement! Lastly there is an 2 to 1 intervieuw.
