First phone interview then face to face combined with a basic linux and programming skills test. After getting through the phone interview I have been invited to London office while the position was offered in London or Woking. Great reception on arrival. The interview is divided into three parts: 1. going through the resume, some technical questions, short programming skills test and round up.

- 2 stage process - 1 online verbal reasoning/ numerical test - Another face to face with 2 senior managers where they ask a series of competency questions followed by your technical background and why you want to work at Fidessa. It is useful to do some company research beforehand but also brush up on your logic skills for the written test.
