Applied on LinkedIn, a few days later the manager reached out to me describing the various roles they were looking to fill in the company. Proceeded to give a take home coding challenge to be completed in <30 min, pretty simple stuff (control flow, arrays, etc.) The next week, moved to onsite after for assessing team/culture/project fit.
