The process took about 3 weeks. They called me after submitting an application online. The lady was pretty nice. The interview questions were all very general. She also asked me if I was planning on getting married or pregnant anytime soon... (I'm a woman) Typical.

overall the interview process was simple, however they did take a few weeks to inform me that I got the job.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome?
Very friendly. Met with both branch and regional manager. Questions were what you expect. They both made you feel very welcome. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a bank.

Pretty standard process. Mainly behavorial/situational questions. Interviewer seemed kind of new to the interviewing process. He read the questions from a printout and wrote my responses in boxes on the paper.
