One telephone screening. One surprisingly informal in-person interview with one manager, on site, before job offer. Finding the facility and parking was easy, finding my way to the interview was easy. I felt comfortable during the interview. I had a reasonably good idea what to expect following the interview.

I applied online, went in for open interview day. Had pleasant interview was told I would hear either way by end of the week. Very adamant by interviewer that I would be told either way. Followed up with thank you email . Was ghosted with no replies. A simple “thank you for playing” email as promised would have been nice.
