Very friendly interviewer, we talked for a long time. A lot of questions about my past experience, and questions related to the core values of the bank. She was very thorough in explaining what the job entailed, and took her time with me. I didn't feel rushed or like a cog in the machine at all.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
