I went to the booth at career fair. After learning about their programs, I applied through the company website. Then was contacted for in on person interview. There was a learn about the company session and then about a 30 minute interview

First rounds were at my college campus in the career services office. Final rounds were a few interviews and a office visit. Overall the experience wasn't too difficult and they really want to see personality.
